Shipping is normally done through TPG Post (dutch national postal service) or a comparable natinal service.

Payment must be done in advance through international payment order (your own bank account) or by cash on delivery.

After we receive your payment, we will ship your order as soon as possible.

Expenses amount in the European Union:
- by bank transfer 4,90 EUR
- by cash on delivery 14,90 EUR

Shipments within the Netherlands will usually be delivered within 24 hours after we ship the goods Sometimes - especially during festivities and national holidays this can take a bit longer. Shipments in other EU states will be delivered in 1-5 days. Supplies outside of the European Union are not possible.

Shipments can be delivered from monday till saturday (not on national holidays).

When you are not at home when the goods are delivered, TPG Post will offer the shipment to you at a different time.
When the post cannot offer you the goods at your door after 2 attempts, you will be able to get the goods yourself at your local post office.
